Deryck Whibley, Avril Lavigne’s ex, probably isn’t completely over the fact Avril is engaged to Chad Kroeger of Nickelback. It could explain why he dressed up as Avril over the weekend and made his girlfriend, Ari Cooper, dress as Chad Kroeger. That should have been the first red flag for Ari. The second would have been when Deryck told her to keep the costume on while they had sex.
Anyway, Chad fired back at Whibley tweeting, “Hey Deryck loved the costumes! we were going to dress up as you guys this year but all the parties had celebrity themes haha! -CK.”

It would have been a nice burn but it sort of implies Chad Kroeger considers himself a celebrity. And I guess it’s sort of true because he’s famous for making terrible music.
